Sierra Richardson: A Nurturing Leader with a Heart for Families
As the eldest of eight siblings, Sierra was born into a caregiving role. With over a decade of experience in a wide range of childcare settings, including licensed daycare centers, in-home care, and nannying, Sierra has learned what it takes to meet the needs of children and their families. Her training as a doula adds an extra layer of insight and compassion when working with families, allowing her to support new parents with the tools they need to thrive.
Sierra is a graduate of Liberty University, where she earned a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. She has built a career not only as a nanny but also as a caregiver who is deeply attuned to the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children. Her diverse experience allows her to connect with families on a personal level and match them with nannies who truly understand their unique needs.
Meagan Duecker: A Family-Focused Professional with Specialized Training
Meagan’s journey in childcare began at a young age. As the oldest of five girls, caring for others was part of her everyday life. Meagan’s experience spans from babysitting to professional nannying, where she developed a keen understanding of how important it is to connect with both children and parents.
After earning her Bachelor's in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho, Meagan expanded her expertise with specialized training. She became a Labor Doula, Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Infant Feeding Specialist, and Newborn Care Specialist, which has allowed her to offer families even more comprehensive support. Meagan is particularly passionate about matching families with nannies who not only provide expert care but also align with each family’s values, ensuring a harmonious and supportive environment.
