Sierra Richardson
As the eldest of eight siblings, caring for others has always been second nature to Sierra. With over a decade of experience in various childcare settings, including licensed daycare centers, in-home childcare, and nannying, she’s developed a deep understanding of the needs of children and families. A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Sierra is passionate about providing nurturing and dependable care. Her experience, combined with her training as a doula, gives her the tools and perspective to support families with compassion and confidence.
Meagan Duecker
As the oldest of five girls, Meagan’s nurturing instincts were honed early on. She began babysitting at the age of 11 and later transitioned into professional nannying in 2012. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho, Meagan’s passion for family support grew even stronger. She pursued additional training as a Labor Doula, Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Infant Feeding Specialist, and Newborn Care Specialist. Meagan understands that each family is unique, and she is committed to matching families with the right nanny who aligns with their values and needs, creating a harmonious and positive environment.
Together, we have combined our years of experience to create an agency that connects families with highly skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy nannies.
